Choose this option to redeem a Gift Certificate that has already been purchased. If you’d like to purchase a Gift Certificate please go back to the main page and click on the link “Buy Gift Certificates Here”. If you are a new client, you will receive intake forms in an email immediately after booking. These forms are required before your appointment. When booking your appointment, please enter in the comment section the number found on the bottom of the certificate or copy and paste the number from your eGift Card.
